The men's national team finds its opponents for World Cup 2023 qualification
The draw for the qualifying round of the men's FIBA World Cup, the final part of which will be held in 2023 in three countries - the Philippines, Japan and Indonesia - took place on August 31.
Belarus team, whose base club is "Tsmoki-Minsk" with the head coach of "Dragons" Rostislav Vergun, got into Group B in the European part of qualification, where its opponents will be the national teams of Great Britain, Greece and Turkey. The teams will play each other twice (home and on the road). Those who take top-three places in the group will qualify for the next round. The first playing window is from November 22 to 30, 2021.
