Latvian big man Klavs Cavars signs with Belarus basketball club Tsmoki-Minsk. The 206 cm tall and 24 year old Klavs will help the Minsk club next aseason in the VTB League, as well to fight for the spot in the FIBA Champions league. Last season Klavs represented BK Ventspils and averaged impressive 11.3 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.8. assists and 2.3 blocks in the FIBA Europe Cup.
