Lost to Zenit

 In St. Petersburg, the Minsk lost to Zenit, but made nervous the local fans– 72:84 (13-27, 22-24, 20-15, 17-18).

The first half was under the total control of the local team. Marko Simonavic was unstoppable  and put 4 of 5 three-pointers in the first 10 minutes of the match.  Minsk fans were pleased only a few great combinations, as, for example, from Alex Trastinetski and Vlado Mihailovic.

At the end of the first half of Minsk was able to catch up in the score: Alexander Kudrautsau scored 5 points in a row, and Alex Trastsinetski made assist and helped Nikita Meshcharakou to reduce the gap for another 2. But the gap still was large 16 points.

In the third quater Tsmoki played in defense, forcing Peter to literally lose focus: the owners made a lot of  mistakes.

But finally the key was the last part when the Dragons closed the gap to 4 points, but then they get such unnecessary comments and allowed guests to literally snatch victory in the last minutes of the match - 84:72.

The best player of our team was Zisis Sarikopoulos – 17 points and 4 rebounds.
