Today, the fourth match of the semifinal series between Rubon and MINSK took place in the Vitebsk Central Sports Complex. After the previous meeting, our team took revenge and won with a score 85:56 (19:21, 29:8, 20:14, 17:13), having secured a ticket to the final.
At the start of the game, Minsk residents took the lead on the court, including thanks to two accurate “three-point” in a row from Uladzislau Mikulski and Aliaksei Trastsinetski. Meanwhile, Ruslan Boydakov's team also continued to make numerous effective attacks, and by the first break they were able to gain an advantage in the score on the scoreboard – 21:19
In the second quarter, Rostislav Vergun's wards did not allow Rubon to dictate the pace of the game. Working harmoniously both in defense and in attack, MINSK confidently increased the score on the scoreboard in their favor. Jovan Sljivancanin distinguished himself in our team, who managed to bring 14 points to the team standings in 10 minutes of the game, including making two “three-point”. The opponents went to the big break with a score of 29:48.
In the third quarter, our team continued its confident struggle: Daniil Kasko and Uladzislau Blizniuk scored accurate shots from behind the arc, and Uladzislau Mikulski, Aliaksei Trastsinetski, Uladzislau Blizniuk, Benjamin-Pavel Dodoo and Vadzim Tratsiak scored hits from an average distance. The opponents went to the final break with a score of 43:68.
In the final quarter, MINSK confidently brought the game to a bright victory: Daniil Kasko, Vlad Blizniuk, Vadzim Stubeda, Vadzim Tratsiak and Uladzislau Maroz made accurate shots from an average distance. The match ended with the victory of our team with a score of 85:56.
