Vlad is a pupil of the club system, has been repeatedly awarded by the Belarusian Basketball Federation as the best defender, has repeatedly become the champion of Belarus, the owner of the Belarusian Cup as part of the main team.
In the 2022/23 season, Vlad played in the 31st match of the VTB United League, averaging 30.5 minutes on the court, scored 11.8 points and made 1.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.2 steals. The guard of 'MINSK' has repeatedly been in the top of VTB in various indicators.
In the Belarusian championship last season, Vlad took part in 9 duels with average statistics of 11.8 points, 3.8 assists, 1.1 rebounds, 1.3 steals, spending about 23 minutes on the floor per game.
