Basketball club Tsmoki-Minsk and the Latvian defender Toms Leimanis agreed to cooperate.

Toms Leimanis is a 25-year-old defender from Latvia. His basketball career began 10 years ago in the youth team Ventspils. Meanwhile, he was involved in the youth national teams. He won silver medals of the European championship with U-20 team.

Seasons 2014/15 and 2015/16 Toms spent in  Liepaja/TrioBet, and then the year returned in Ventspils.

The 2017/18 season, the defender started in the Betsafe, but after 10 games moved to Estonia Valka/Valga. Last year spent in the second division of Spain, where he helped Valladolid become the tournament champion. Toms has played in 24 games with averages of 9 points, 1.6 rebounds, 3 assists.

In addition, Leimanis is one of the candidates for the Latvian team.
