But Minsk residents distinguished themselves again and Grigorii Motovilov again led our team to the leaders of the site (8:6). By the end of the quarter, Daniil Kasko, Artem Sekushenka and Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson also made accurate shots. On the first break, the teams left with a score of 16:20.
At the beginning of the second quarter, Rostislav Vergun's wards did not allow the Russian team to gain a significant advantage in the score. However, Zenit began to demonstrate a more aggressive struggle and still issued a “+10" on the scoreboard. The head coach of MINSK took a timeout, after which the Minsk residents confidently reduced the difference in the score by a jerk of 4 points from Vadzim Stubeda and Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson. But despite the double-digit difference in the score, our team did not give the opponent any reason to relax until the last minutes. Vadzim Stubeda and Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson repeatedly scored in effective attacks. The match ended with the victory of Zenit with a score of 84:62.
