Acting head coach Aliaksei Sukhavetski: “We failed the start of the game. It so happened that Samara scored fairly easy points and took the lead. The guys did well, they withstood this blow. Basically, we pulled up in the first half. We started the third quarter well, but then we played a very poor 7-minute segment. I was late with the timeout and there were a series of bad decisions on the court. In the fourth quarter, we didn't want to give up, we wanted to keep fighting. In principle, it turned out, except for two segments. We lost by 11 points, but with the exception of some segments, in principle, we played well. They broke something in their game somewhere, but they also had good attacks because of it. There was some kind of drawing and it brought us results.”
Minsk residents will continue the away series in Kazan. MINSK will play against UNICS on December 21 at 19:00. Follow the news on our website.
