On January 8, the groups of the second stage of the VTB United League regular season were determined.
In the 2022/23 game season, the regular League championship takes place in 2 stages. According to the results of the first stage, the top 6 teams get into group “A” and automatically enter the playoffs, the other 6 will play among themselves in group “B”.
The second stage of the regular season will be held from January 28 to March 26. Points scored in the first stage of the regular season will be counted in the second stage. Following the results of the second stage, the 2 best teams of group “B” will also advance to the playoffs.
Group A: CSKA, UNICS, Zenit, MBA, Pari Nizhny Novgorod, Lokomotiv-Kuban.
Group "B": MINSK, PARMA-PARI, Samara, Avtodor, Enisey, Astana.
